If we do nothing, if we keep smoking the same old "hope-dope," if we continue to let the special interests have all their way, we can't complain. California will continue her long, inevitable, painful decline.
This initiative is a way to rattle cages, upset the apple cart, and drive the elected elite crazy. Time is running short for this State, let's take action.
